This policy explains how Harborline Home Coaching LLC ("Harborline," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use harborlinehomecoaching.com or our coaching services.
Information we collect
When you book a session, we collect the details you enter on our form: your name, mobile number, email address, ZIP code, the topic you want help with, your preferred meeting times and any notes you add. If you check the box to receive texts, we also record the date and time you gave that consent. We collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited to keep the site working.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and deliver your coaching sessions, send you session follow ups, answer your questions, send reminders about Harborline's own coaching, and, only when you ask for it, introduce you to a local real estate agent.
Text messages
We send text messages only if you checked the optional box on our form. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, coaching tips from your sessions, occasional reminders about Harborline's own coaching and, if you request one, an offer to introduce you to a real estate agent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
When we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- An introduction you ask for. If you ask us to introduce you to a real estate agent and reply YES, we share your name and contact details with that one agent only.
- Service providers. Companies that host our website, deliver our email and send our text messages process your information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal reasons. When required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
The text messaging consent and phone numbers described above are never included in any sharing with third parties.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and limit access to people who need it to serve you.
Your choices
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing support@harborlinehomecoaching.com.
What we are not
Harborline is an education and coaching service only. We do not sell or arrange any financial products.
