These terms apply to harborlinehomecoaching.com and the coaching services of Harborline Home Coaching LLC ("Harborline," "we," "us"). By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them.
Our service
Harborline provides one on one coaching for homeowners on managing home costs and building savings. Our coaching is educational. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice, and you remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
Harborline does not sell, arrange or negotiate any financial products.
Real estate agent introductions
If you ask, we may offer to introduce you to a local real estate agent. We share your contact details with that one agent only after you reply YES. Any agent you choose to work with is independent of Harborline, and your agreement with them is between you and that agent.
SMS terms: Harborline Home Coaching text messages
- Program: Harborline Home Coaching texts. You receive texts only if you checked the optional consent box on our booking form.
- What we send: appointment confirmations and reminders, coaching tips from your sessions, occasional reminders about Harborline's own coaching and, if you ask, an offer to introduce you to a real estate agent.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Help: reply HELP, or email support@harborlinehomecoaching.com.
- Consent: consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Booking and scheduling
Please give us notice if you need to reschedule a session. We may reschedule if something comes up on our side and will let you know as early as we can.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Harborline is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our coaching. Our coaching does not guarantee any particular savings or financial result.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
